As a Pastry Chef and Cake Artist, Jay brings her passion for fine desserts and elegant presentation to every guest experience. She honed her craft at Gastronomicom Culinary School in France and Liaison College of Culinary Arts in Kitchener, where she mastered both European and Canadian culinary techniques.
